Blue Jeans Relay is designed to seamlessly integrate on-premise components and applications with the Blue Jeans cloud environment. The first offering utilizing Blue Jeans Relay, known as Relay Touch, introduces an intuitive touch-to-join feature compatible with most H.323 and SIP-based conference room systems. This service is available at no additional cost for existing Blue Jeans customers.

Utilizing Blue Jeans Relay and Relay Touch provides several functionalities:

• Integration with calendar applications such as Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Office 365, or Google Calendar for streamlined access to scheduled meetings.
• Deployment of standard Android tablets in conference rooms to display upcoming meetings.
• A touch-to-join experience that allows participants to join meetings effortlessly, eliminating the need for dialing, pairing, or entering a meeting ID.
• A consistent joining process across room systems from various vendors, ensuring accessibility for all users.

Please note: To utilize Relay Touch, a paid Blue Jeans account is required along with provisioning through the Blue Jeans Relay platform.
